Where is this C66 Graphics Plug-in?

Today shows two new releases which depend on C66 Graphics Plug-in, which I can't find by search. Where is it? Coming soon says it is a separate script, which, I assume, will be sold here. But shouldn't the script be offered together with these releases which depend on the script? Or was it offered already, and I can't find it?
