Hair rendering problems - Your personal experience

Hi all,

I have a lot of hairs in my library that from a certain point gived me unexpected results.

I have also contacted the customer support about one hair in particular, but no solution is available.

Looking at the forum, seems that something has changed from a certain DS release, like the translucency handling.

Do you have similar rendering problems?

I would like to understand a little more with your help because this thing is a bit frustrating.

Spotlight and hdri give very different results (images attached), some hairs are affected and others no... I'm very confused.
