It was still new on Friday, which is probably when the category was made. We will flag it up, but I would not expect it to be changed at this point.

I'm just trying to get the leprauchon bundle. It shows at 51% off on the page, 44% off in the cart. Is that a glitch or is something else going on? It is a current sales page as of today.
It must have timed out between the time I put it in my cart and the time I went to buy it. It was about changeover time. Oh well, it's not an item I have to have right now. I'll wait for it to hit 51% again. Regrettably on the bundle that comes out to a substantial difference.
Was there an official response to this? I have two of the three previous ghost light sets, but did not get any banners, nor does the new product get any additional discount in the cart for me.
Which sets do you own? From Richard's post it appears that the discount only applies to owners of the first original set.

As I understand things, if you have the original Ghost Light Kit then you should get the new Kit 1 at discount. If you have the original Ghost Light Kit 2 you should (when released) get the new Kit 2 at discount, etc.

OK, now I'm getting angry! Last week, when I couldn't purchase Allison for G8F, I was told that it was no longer in the store. It was a great price...it was free. So, I gave up. Now it's in a sale, at a much higher price. And now it does show in the final cart! Before it disappeared when I tried to check out. That's not right!
It's near the end of the month. Still waiting for a paycheck. A Giftcard which has to be 200 or above to get even the first discount? To pay with what? DAZ people seem to live in another universe.
Something is still not quite right with that product. It shows as having been released yesterday (I didn't see it yesterday). It has a 20% discount, instead of the usual 30% that all of yesterday's releases have. It's not included in the still mad items, where the rest of yesterday's releases are.
When you have a bi-monthly paycheck it is easy to forget that there are folks who get one paycheck once a month that pays the bills, and those are going up every month. But I noticed that last year Daz started to lower the gift card discounts until a 15% seems high, but I have had 20 - 25% off in the past. I switched to credit card payment. I allow myself so much, with one purchase a week, and that is on DAZ+ Wednesday. If something really special comes out, then maybe I will buy. I find I am buying less overall and saving.
And the sales? Well, todays banner offers me a lot of stuff and I have nothing in it on my wishlist. Savings. No purchase.
It was released earlier, had to be pulled for some remial attemtion (which is when it was marked as free, it was not free when it was available) and has now been rereleased after receiving its fixes.

"In the last three days" includes the current day last time I checked the English language.
I would read it as the previous three days, the offer was made at midnight when those would have been the last three days.
Oh Richard, that is just crazy. I am a customer looking at the text in the PRESENT MOMENT. This morning I purchased a featured new item. You are now trying to tell me that I am wrong in thinking that "this morning" was in the last three days. I am not going to argue the basic English lanuage in advertising to you. I guess you're just going to get the text changed on me to spite me because that's just how much you love me.
Well, I was going to suggest they reword it in any future cases.

So I submitted my ticket and had it explained to me that I do not qualify for the offer because of the text that now has been added by you Richard and not for any other reason. So the offer has been changed mid day and the goal posts of the offer moved, instead of just the original offer being honored which would've been a nice thing to do. So thank you Richard

Well you'll all be pleased to know that the 30 day refund policy is honored even with fifty orders and hundreds of items and well over a thousand dollars. At any time in this process I could have been offered the $3 saving that was honoring the original advertising text. This world is upside-down. Sorry PAs.
The fact that you would deny yourself hundreds of items, that you evidently wanted enough to spend over $1000 on, due to a $3 argument, must be a "principle of the thing" thing. Good that it was resolved to your satisfaction, though.
Yeah It's happening again, I don't want to be that person compaining but figure I'd say it.
This is regular occurance any time there is a good sale, really it works in Tafi (Daz 3d) favour to fix this with Paypal.
I like to buy gift cards, I takes the sting out when I know how much I going to spend in game development assets.
OMG this was NOT resolved to my satisfaction. How is having a company you spend thousands of dollars have a moderator treat you with flat out smug-mean-ness instead of respect and kindness and the customer support totally ignore you is not what I wanted. This is a straw that broke the camel's back situation that many customers and PAs are reaching.
Finally resolved it, I think it's this end if I'm honest, after trying everything, trying to not resort to this, I did it, emptying the cart, adding them all back in.
After over hour an half, straight away it worked. Exact same items as before. Find it hard to belive it just started to work at the same time for no reason, it is a bug with the cart.
