DIM won't let me into my account...

I recently downloaded and installed the latest DIM upgrade.

I was able to logon and process some products.

I noticed that the path for the Carrara products was wrong, i corrected it and a few other errors.

Rather than search through to find each effected product, I simply uninstalled everything and started a full download of all 1173 items.

This started just fine, so I left it to run while I went to do other things.

Somewhere along the way there seems to have had a problem, because the screen went black - Windows died.

I restarted, Win 7 came up, and I restarted DIM. My logon name came up and asked for the password.

DIM would not accept the password. I tried 3 times, did not work. I went to DAZ, used the password to log on, and it worked fine.

I uninstalled DIM, downloaded the installer and ran it. Installed fine...and it still wouldn't accept the password.

Is there a file that DIM uses for the account info, and can I remove it so I can do a full new install and enter the account again.?

Is there a way to reset accounts in DIM?

Are you sure the email is correct? If not you can always try creating a new account (the DIM account is just stored log-in email, and optionally password, it doesn't do anything to your actual store account other than connect). The other thing to check is that you agreed to the updated EULA, but if that is the issue you should get a pop-up telling you so.

The email is correct - it's the password it won't accept.

I just created a new account name with the old address, it accepted it - was able to use the password and log on. And it brought up the entire list of products.

But is there a way to erase the "old" account name from whatever list DIM uses? That would prevent hitting the wrong name...

OK, I went into the "wheel" to edit my filters, and the window indicates I can select the account I want to edit or cancel and a "remove" button will be enabled.
That didn't happen - I see no button.

Edit again...OK, the "remove" button is the "-" in the lower left corner...
I was looking for something with text...
