Content Creator Toolkit help

So i downloaded DAZ 3D 4.7 Pro and cant seem to find the content creator toolkit on the application and on my account profile saying the content creator toolkit was included. how do i install it?

    It is part of the main installer, if you entered the DS 4 Pro serial number from your account the tools should be available - several entries in the Tools menu, the Figure Setup and Property Hierarchy panes, and some other menu commands such as the ExP Exporter.
