HI! Sorry about this but my Studio 4.7 will not load data files for the program where should I direct the preferences file to look for then
My install was via the download program every thing was working but it has stopped Should I do an compleate new install or can I redirect the program where to look

    Moved to DAZ Studio Discussion, since that's the application you appear to be asking about.

    The Install manager will, by default, place the files in My DAZ 3D Library in your Public Documents folder - that folder should be set as a Poser and DAZ Studio format content directory. Are the files actually there, and is the folder set as a content directory?
