Anyone else having trouble accessing the Renderosity site?

Sorry if this is not allowed here, but I have not been able to access the site for about 3 weeks now? Constant 403 errors.

Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing?

I just checked and had no issues accessing rendo. I do have problems whenever there's a offsite  link to a product on their site. Links for some reason, I need to refresh the page once or twice before anything shows up and it's been that way for months.

    Works fine for me

    https://www.renderosity.com

I looked up that error code

    from wikipedia;

"The HTTP 403 is an HTTP status code meaning access to the requested resource is forbidden. The server understood the request, but will not fulfill it."

Ok, cheers for replying. I have tried refreshing cache/cookies, even different browsers and its just not stable in the slightest. Every time I log on I have 43 items in my cart that I've never even seen before lol!

I've emailed to their support so hopefulyl might get some sort of response soon.

It's been working fine for me as well. Could the error be generated from a browser setting?

That's what I was wondering, but I have tried on several browsers now. Given the 403 error above, I'm wondering if my IP has been blacklisted by the site... or something? I will try on a completely different IP later today.

My guess is there's a VPN issue.

Same here, always have to refresh with offsite links.

No problems here accessing Rendo, using the latest Firefox.

Since you've got a large bunch of random items appearing in your cart, I would suspect the problem is that your account/profile got a little mucked up somehow, rather than a browser issue. Let's hope their support team can straighten it out. Good luck!

Thank you. It's not a huge deal, but there is a new character I would love to get for a project.

What I have discovered is that I am getting a better result (not 100% by any means) using Safari. My default browser is Brave which uses the Tor network? I believe this is being blocked.

I will try a new version of Firefox today. Admittedly I am finding Brave trickier to use, even though I love the concept!

For the last few weeks, every time I clicked a forum link to a Rebel product page, it would fail to load until I refreshed it. I don't really browse there, so I haven't noticed any other issues.

I think it isn't the OP but the VPN proxy that is not being allowed in. I can access Rendo if I don't have my VPN connected but when I have VPN connected using Opera GX Browser I get 403 Forbidden error.

Edit: If it isn't a VPN issue, you might be able to clear that error by clearing your browser cache.

It's been like that for me since late winter.
