Sandy Bay and Buildings

I was looking in the Fastgrab section and saw the Sandy Bay set on sale. The other set called "Village Buildings" says it is a set of buildings taken from the Sandy Bay Village. Does anyone know if this means they are extra buildings designed to fit the Sandy Bay set, or are they the same as the buildings included in the man set?

    I do not own the set, but did ask the same question and was told they were the exact same buildings from the complete set.

    Thank you for the info. I think I'll get the set at that price, it looks really good.
