Since when is the Season Pass contest open to PC members?

I just got an email 7 hours ago about this...

 

Enter the
Season Pass 2 Contest!

We’re calling for all swashbuckling pirate-themed renders or animations to join the crew! The season culminates now, so put your best work on display in the Season Pass 2 Contest.

This contest is open to our Season Pass 2 subscribers as well as our amazing PC+ members!

 

 

With the deadline being Sept 1, that doesn't seem like a lot of notice. Or has it been announced somewhere else as well and I just missed it?

    I think it was in the original ad for Season Pass 2. Not really mentioned since then...

    I saw it this morning. So, is it true that PC+members get a chance to win? Anyone know?

    Yes, it is open to all PC members
