Shouldn't bundles be cheaper than their counterparts?

Hi gang!
This all applies at the time of writing; just making sure.
I'm working out a somewhat darker storyline and imagined to pit my elven tribe against an attack of trolls. I have a troll in my library but it's huge, so I looked around the store and found the troll forest bundle, sells for $31,47.
Then I look at the individual items in detail (once again: at the time of writing!):
- Millenium Environment; $2,99
- Troll; $17,47
- Hunters Moon; $1,99
Quick summary: bundle cost: $31,47, price of individual products: $22,45.
What. the. heck?!
Now, sure, I can understand discount periods and such, but shouldn't the bundle follow suit or at the very least mention something about this? With all due and proper respect but I get a very, very, uncomfortable feeling from this discovery. It's almost as if you're trying to push overpriced sales.

IME, that's how it works. If the bundle is not on sale, it may cost more than sale-priced parts. But sometimes, the bundle will go on sale and that may be the time to buy. Bigger bundles tend to be the biggest bargains when they go on deep discount. but not if you already own a bunch of the parts. Daz sales are all about timing.
They are all ancient (by tech timescale) and some of them have become PC products since they where introduced.
Jestmart is right. Those are old items. No Iray and best for smaller renders.
If you are not a PC+ member then the bundle price is cheaper. There are several other bundles where this is also true.
