There is this one promo shot for Lady Littlefox's Dalia Hair. I quite like the makeup in this one, but was unable to find out which character these materials are from. Does anybody have any clue?

It would be almost impossible to tell. Most times makeup comes with the textures for the character, other times it's in LIE presets that can be used on any character (same UVMap) Then there are makeup addons that can be used on any character. So basically if it doesn't belong to any of the characters listed for the promo, then the only person that would really know is the person that did the promo.
