    To toss in my two cents...

    I have purchased items missing from my DIM as well. I have a ticket open since the start of May that is still open. Support just can't figure out what is wrong.

    Not really. I did not ask, so, may be, that is why no explanation was offered.

    Items are restored and I closed the ticket at that.

    In my case, the message related to the items being offered to me (screenshot) was enough to restore my items.

    I would recommend logging out and then logging back in. My understanding is that it's an incentive to log in and visit the store. Maybe logging in all over again will trigger something. But if it disappears, please let us know so we can have more data.
