SmartContent not working in v4.7

Hi, can anyone help me resolve this issue please? Version 4.7 is unusable for me in SmartContent because it just brings up the same thumbs no matter what folder I try. I can't access the proper thumbs at all. I have tried sending it off to remake its folders index, but that didn't work. Any ideas please? Thanks!

Did you reimport metadata?
Hi Cecilia, thanks for that suggestion, I had been a bit nervous of trying that but went ahead - it ran through the whole lot, but now the thumbs are showing just 11 products, but the same problem - same no matter what folder I click to. lol!! I think I have an ornery version or something ... lol! Any other ideas?
Thank you! :)
Please post a screenshot of what you are seeing.
Thanks Richard; first is the larger shot, and then the second shows that if I click on any other folder I only see the same result.
The third is a snapshot of my DIM showing that I have a LOT of content installed.
I have never had this in any of my previous versions so am a bit befuddled. :D
Try clicking the Files tab instead of the Products tab at the top of the pane.
Ah! Well, that did make a difference, but it took me back to the way it was before I clicked the Products tab - ie lots more files, but NO thumbnails as such, and still the same empty pics remain the same no matter what the folder I try for. See image below: with HANDS folder open. It's exactly the same as what appears in the ALL folder, or any others. :(
Thanks Richard! *waiting hopefully in the wings*
Also, when I went to the ContentLibrary tab to show you that proper thumbnails were appearing in there, I clicked on the scroll to go backwards and all the folders disappeared! And when I try to navigate using the arrow, to go back up folder by folder, nothing happens. I'm now stuck with no folders. lol! .... okay, which ugly stepmother waved a cracked wand and cursed my DAZ??
Click the dark button above 1-1 of 1 to reopen the folder list.
It looks as if the CMS is getting the wrong location - you may need to rset the database as well as reimport metadata.
Whoo hoo!! Thank you Richard; you were right, I had to reimport metadata and reset the database and now I seem to have it all. Thanks so much! :D
Oh, and also about getting the folders back in the ContentLibrary. :)
