cityscapes backdrops by ImagineX sku:29331 not working in Daz Studio

I just purchased Cityscapes Backdrops and it installed in the product library and shows in the smart content. However, when I opened it, the .duf files don't link up and open properly.

Does anyone have the same experience or solution. I tried to delete and reinstall with install manager with no success.

Please help.

    Working fine here (from Product Library), installed with DIM.  Probably a Smart Content problem.

    Hi @asian_treasure,

    I opened D|S and CityScapes Backdrops was in Environments/Backdrops and I selected the first thumbnail and clicked it. The file loaded without issue. I also loaded by DIM when I purchased it in April 2020. 

    You may need to file a report to customer service so they can do a deep dive, unless a more experienced forum user can help you.
