"A valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established" and Login error (Windows 10)

Hello guys! I've seen some discussions on this problem in the forums, but so far none of it had worked for me.

I downloaded all the Daz programs on my new PC about a month ago, and ever since then i get the same error message every time i open Daz Studio: "A valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established. etc"
After that, I try to log in to my account and it says login error, even though I know that i write in the right email and password, cause i tried a million times and i am able to log into DIM.

I've tried everything with my firewall, i uninstalled everything, deleted the hidden folders then reinstalled it all again at least 3 times now, i even tried opening CMS's port through windows firewall and in my router too, but that didn't fix anything either. Someone said don't install Daz Central cause sometimes that messes things up, i didn't, still not working. Other person told me to uninstall the two PostgreSQL CMS things in DIM (the standard and Valentina) and then only install the standard one, didn't do anything either.

I feel like i'm starting to run out of options :/
I'd really appreciate any kind of help.. Thanks in advance

The Valentina one isn't significant - irt converts an old Valentina database (which you won't have) to PostgreSQL and just leaves a little mark so it shows as installed to avoid rerunning it - uninstalling will do nothing, and installing probably didn't do anything either.

Did you install PostgreSQL the same way that you installed DS (though Install Manager, I gather)? What is your security software? What is your CPU - theer are specific log-in issues with Intel tenth geenration CPUs, apparently, though that won't be relevant to the PostgreSQL issue I think.
