I can't use Victoria 4.

I've downloaded Victoria 4, and I've installed the basic framework into DAZ 3D...only thing is, I can't access the Victoria files. So I decided to look under Content Library.

Problem is, I checked the Content Library under Poser Formats (check the attachment), and still there's nothing. What am I doing/what have I done wrong?

    Which installers did you run? You need all of them. Also make sure you pointed the installers to the My Library folder, not another folder.
