4K Fabric Shader Presets 1 fails to download

I've been trying to download this for weeks...It always fails.
Wouldn't bug me so much if the download wasn't 3 gig to begin with.

How are you downloading? If via install manager try a manual download, then place it in DIM's Downloads folder, or if manually try using Install Manager.
