This years challenge is a little different. It is MUCH easier, so I hope to get more people wanting to do the challenge. I will still be doing the photography challenge too and my husband has decided he wants to join my friend and I... so it will be fun fun fun... This 3D challenge will use the same themes.

There are only 2 rules…
ONLY 1 RENDER ALLOWED per PER PERSON per month and
(edit... this is only a suggestion) IT MUST BE A COMPLETELY “NEW” RENDER specifically for this challenge!!!

extra rule for this year...
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SEE what the color is when you look at the render...

p.s…. no WIPs please… to keep the thread from getting too long wink THANK YOU!

ANY 3D program can be used!

Here’s the list.. HAVE FUN!!!

January - BLUE
February - VIOLET
March - GREEN
April - RED
May - GRAY
June - YELLOW
July - WHITE
August - PINK
September - ORANGE
October - BLACK
November - BROWN
December - CYAN

NOTE: If you are unsure of a color... here is a list of colors from the WIKI... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_colors:_A–F

    Just to check - it's 'just' the word, not it in adjective, noun, adverb, etc., form?

    Well I think it is actually harder for those who focus on doing renders for characters (I mean people), You can't just win a color contest by putting on a blue cloth on your model :)
    Anyways I might have a go on this :P I love Challenges

    That is sooo true Steven... but this is just for fun, so I'm easy to please :) Just have fun... and if you wanna think OUTSIDE THE BOX... please do. I won't complain ;)

    kk... new render for BLUE... chalk my boo boo up to old lady brains and not enough sleep... LOL.

    I liked the outfit so much I used it in this month's render. ENJOY!

    Ah... there's a story but I'm leaving it to the imagination. My take on it though was that she was sad because she thought he wasn't turning up, and he's about to surprise her. But because I ended up putting him so much in the dark, you can no longer see his smile so yeah this could work well your way too.

    Your little elephant made me giggle! Oh and Winter Fantasy, that's enchanting Llola! Nice work all round on blue, I'll be back for violet. :)

    Blue eyes, blue light. My cheerful elf rogue Dimi was happy to pose for the challenge.

    I'm going to do a large render just for the beep of it :)

    Raw render, no post. A bit of a doodle, but I kinda like how it turned out.
