[Solved] How to Change Email Address in DIM/DS? [Solved]

I changed my email address in my account on the website, and the good folks in the help center did what they needed to do so that I can login to the website with my new email.

When I launch DIM, it has my old email address, and I can't login (understandably). Do I need to add an account in DIM with my new address, and then delete the old one? Or will that mess me up? I can't edit the email address because it's greyed out.

Same with DS. Once I can change DIM's email address, how do I change it in DS?

    For DIM the simplest is to create a new, dummy account and (working off line) use that. Then you will be able to select and edit the other profile in the Advanced settings. For DS I don't think you need do more than bring up the Connect dialogue and edit it.

    Thanks Richard! smiley That worked for DIM, and I just remembered that I don't connect through DS b/c the installations/updates occur through DIM.
