Is there a way to turn a character into inverse video?

Using only DAZ, is there a way to invert the image of a character? If somebody was being zapped by a bolt of lightning and they turn inverse in color like that do in cartoons and films.

I think you can invert all the textures in the layered image editor but why you would prefer that to just inverting the image in irfanview is beyond me
