Morph Packages Question

Are there any morphs (or morph packages) that allow for the removal of select different parts of the figure face (like the eyes, mouth ears, etc.)?  I never looked for them until recently and thought they were part of the core morphs you get with DAZ Studio, but I can't find them (so I guess they are not).
