No longer able to download from product library

I am no longer able to download from the product library, everytime I get there j have to accept the new Eula after u do it goes back to the store page and it just repeats when I go to my library again.

    Can you try logging out and logging back in?

    And when you "go back to" the Product Library, don't use the 'back' button ... you'll need a fresh page ;-)
