DS 4.15, CMS connection could not be established (database?)

Every time I open up DS 4.15, I get a message saying "a valid postgreSQL CMS connection could not be established". What do I need to do to fix this?

I have had this happen a few times, but I forgot what I did to fix it. Options include reimporting metadata or uninstalling and then reinstalling postgreSQL. If Valentina CMS conversion is installed, I would also uninstall that and leave it uninstalled. I've read that it can cause problems.
