Looking for a weird upturned cowlick hairstyle ala Meet The Robinsons

Hello all,

I am trying to create a photo-realstic "live version" of Franny Robinson (in Daz) from "Meet The Robinsons".   This is what she looks like:

Overall, she shouldn't be too difficult to do, but her hair style...yeah, that's a tough one.  So far I have not come across anything like that in the Daz Store, would anyone have some suggestions?
