Help with exporting to fbx or obj

Hello,

I just purchased this model https://www.daz3d.com/dirty-dishes, and now I want to export it into fbx or obj format. I have downloaded DAZ studio but I cannot open this file in the software and do my export.

Can any help me out? I am trying to follow these directions but they are incomplete and unhelpful.

    That knowledge base article is about images, not 3D data. How are you installing the content? If you use Daz Connect (the Install pane in Daz Studio) or Daz Central/Daz Install Manager the files should be placed in the correct place, then use File>Export, choose the desired format at the bottom of the dialogue, and set the options required in the dialogue that opens after entering a name for the exprted file.
