Need Help With Reyna Character

I recently bought the Reyna fox-woman character, and upon some testing I've found that no matter what, her fur doesn't show up in renders. Every variation of fur color doesn't work, and she remains a blank skin with no fur. Am I missing something?

    Are you only checking IRay preview? By default, dforce hair won't show in preview and will only be visible in actual render.
