(SOLVED) DAZ 3D or 3rd-world assistance? With Plat benefits!

I have a problem that doesn't let me to post on DAZ Gallery. My real name appears when I post on gallery, instead of my username....no way to fix. I asked Daz's assistance help, almost 2 months ago. Sometimes, someone writes, saying they are looking for a solution....last time 2 weeks ago, 24th march. And then, silence. Weeks, months, are passing by... The result is that the problem is STILL UNSOLVED. How can u ask this money when u have such a 3rd world-like service? If somethings goes wrong with site's feature you're just left alone. No way for me to subscribe Season Passes, even if I would like!

    Have you tried this: Go to your gallery, click edit in the blue bar, then click your name. It should be editable if you do this.

    Obviously, even before contacting Daz's assistance....They admitted the issue, but no one offers a solution. I'm forced to stay out from gallery because for privacy reasons I don't want my real name to appear on creations. That's much more frustrating because I am a Plat member from beginning and I really bought a lot of assets here without going on other sites. Now I need help, and no one cares about. This morning I saw the AD about Season Passes features and felt like they were kidding me. How can you ask more money if u can't support the "regular" Platinum members when they're in need to?

    The problem here is that probably no one else has ever reported a problem like this,  I certainly have never seen it mentioned before.
    Tech support do need to be able to duplicate a bug or problem before they can solve it.

    I was hoping the administrators or the assistants were going to simply change manually my username in Daz Gallery.....nothing impossible I think, but something that doesn't let me to partecipate in Gallery and Contest sections..

    Actually, don't worry on the PM. I found you and I have fixed the issue now. Your account, gallery, etc should be all good heart

    If you have any other issues with your Gallery, please don't hesitate to contact me. As for the Gallery Name, if in the future you should want to change it, all you need to do is go to Edit on your gallery page and then click in the name field and put whatever you would like and then hit save. So sorry for any confusion or inconvenience.
