Outdoor lighting setup?

Could someone tell me if these are the correct basic steps to begin a decent outdoor lighting setup in Unreal 4.26 and if I forgot anything important? Thanks.

- Add Directional Light, check Atmospheric Sun Light box. Clicking on shadow boxes beneath it are optional.
- Drag and drop Sphere Reflection Capture into scene.
- Add Sky Light, check Real Time Capture if you want to use the built in sky lighting, or SLS Specfied Cubemap for an HDRI.
- Add SkyAtmosphere
- Add Volumetric Cloud for more realism than BP_SkySphere.

Is that it? No addons used, but if there are good ones included, let me know please. I'm wondering because things still don't look all that great even when I follow tutorials exactly and I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Thanks very much.

you also can work on your post processing effect, it's another way to improve lights.
