This idiotic auto-log-off bug cost me a double purchese!

It's infuriating that this bug exists in spite of flagging the remember me flag with the login dialogue!

Thanks to this site's constant auto-logoff behavior, I mistakenly thought I had not purchased a product, and therefore no "purchased tag" showed on the product page, so I put it into the cart, it was then I was prompted to log in... I then backspaced into my cart where I proceeded to unwittingly re-purchase the product, it wasn't until I fired up DIM where I noticed that the product was already installed on my machine!

So before this happens to you make sure to constantly re-login to this site!

EDIT: BTW a ticket was already filed.

    Yes, in fact, the main body of this post has the actual refund request featured in it, but yeah this post was mostly a rant and warning to others to always check for your login status in spite of using the "keep me logged in" flag as that apparently doesn't work!

    Thanks for the suggestion all the same, I'll edit my post to include my ticket status!

    Which browser?  I hardly ever get logged out with Firefox.

    It's a small consolation to know that I'm not the only one with this issue, it really has become quite irritating!

    I've been having the same problem in both Chrome and Firefox.  Seems to have increased a lot in the last few days, especially on the forums.  Happens primarily on PC; don't really see it on the iPad.

    I got logged out on my iMac today using Chrome, for the first time in months, but on my iPhone, iPad and Windows 10 computers I have to re-log in every time I open Daz. The 'Keep Me Logged In' doesn't seem to work very well.

    I've got that problem with Firefox (logging out), but not Chrome (although Chrome can be a total pain in the butt at times).
