I can definitely see that.
I think it's more the beard. Take that away and I'm not sure there's very much of a facial shape similarity.
Even without the beard I think there's definitely a resemblance. You just have to ignore the blonde hair.

I agree, the ones without the beard are a close match to him when younger.
Look at him in Hill Street Blues, Season 2, episode 12.
I had no idea he was a producer and director, as well. He's practicably been in everything in some form or another. LOL!
Frakes is considered to be one of the top TV directors in the business, especially for more actiony shows.
The new P3D Ruby over at rendo looks like it is a young Halle Berry. Popup image 3 is a bit of a giveaway :)
I think it's cool that a lot of his experience comes from his time on Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Using the Ruby SSS texture with the Kaleigh morph works really well. (Also used Sabby's eyes.)

I don't know, MRL is known for making great celebrity lookalikes. This one seems familiar but I can't match her to any young celebrities. So I asked.
