Files needed for metadata?

Hi!
Where is the metadata info stored? I created a file with metadata, but I'd like to make sure I package all the needed files so everything works, included the metadata. I had issues with that once.

    I believe the .dsa and .dsx files go into My Library\Runtime\Support
