Materials download?

I downloaded Bryce Pro but the materials are not showing up. The previews are usually white or grey for everything but the skies. Not sure what I am missing? I have even removed the program and tried to re-download. Please help! Thanks!

    Did you download and install the content files as well

    Oh and edited to add are you using a PC or a Mac?
