Gift Card balance not available on checkout

Hello,  does anyone know why when I go to checkout with the Torment bundle, two add-ons and a gift certficate for 15% off, that the cart shows "Use Store Credit ($0.00 available) " when I clearly have $125.00 available Store Credit under my 'Store Credit' tab?  (see screenshot)  I'm a little dismayed.

    That is because store credit can not be used for orders that include a gift certificate.

    ETA: you might want to remove or modify your second attachment which contains personal information (name and addres)

    Well that really stinks and I'm sure I overlooked that tidbit somewhere.  Thanks so much for the reply.  smiley

    If you could use credit for a discounted gift certificate you could keep turning it over for more and more credit.
