When I start with DAZ ten years ago there was telephone number on can call DAZ get tech help and this number was on every product you buy from this place, DAZ drop this telephone number I think because people who run tech office have trouble dealing with people you not like them. Because I have trouble in writing I have problem after four months I did not problem fix because I trouble in writing

You need to file a support ticket now. It was the fare way to go. If everyone called by phone everyone who filed a ticket like they were suppose to would have to wait even longer.
