iPad - How do you upload or attach an image to Forum post?

It says it's uploading, but it never uploads - even if the image is small.

I just tried with no success on Safari, but was fine on Chrome. 
 

Type out your post.

'Click attach file.

I use images from my Photo Library.

Select the image and post my comment.

Awwww that deserves a better spotlight.

. . .  And if it's a really cute drawing, or something important that needs to catch the eye like this one

 

You hover over link (after you attach it of course), click the image icon add the url resize to 1000 or 800 (not sure what the suggested standard is) and voila. C'est ici. And because my mouse art numbers are not near as pretty I simply skipped these steps for the instruction screen shot below. ;)

Safari sucks with the forums... Use Firefox, WendyLuvsCats suggested it a while ago and its the only way for me to upload pictures to the forums (I didn't try Chrome though).
