is there a product/character for chewed nails or just short natural ones fore the girls in the shop ?

The Cosmetics and Poses - Nails set has options for lots of different nail types including bitten, dirty, and chipped polish. Although as a former chronic nail biter through my teens, there is no way I would've been able to stand leaving a nail with edges that would catch on stuff (in fairness, that probably comes down to realism vs. communicating what's happening clearly on a small surface).

but i do not need a whole shop and there seem to be no chewed shapes

only in one promo

so maybe a transmap does the trick

There are chewed nails, check the close up image of the face, those nails could work as chewed, also if you look at the what's included section, in the middle of all that is a section labled chipped. Other then that, yes a transmap would do the trick.
