Glowing Red Skin

Does anyone know what could be the cause of this?

I have DAZ Studio 4.6 and I get this effect when I am rendering with the default renderer ( 3Delight ). I've had this same problem with multiple characters, and sometimes I can go to the "Surfaces" tab and turn things on and off ( trial and error ) which sometimes fixes the problem, but now I have a render that I can't "fix", so I figured I'd ask you guys...

FYI, the character is a Genesis 2 male with SSS skin.
