How to activate aniMate2

I purchased aniMate2 but the serial code isn't listed under "My Serial Numbers" to activate it. Does anyone know how to activate aniMate2? Does it require a serial code? I thought it did but there is no serial code for it listed under My Serial Numbers.

Any help you guys can give me would be very much apprecaited! :)

    Hi Diva  you should be able to find it under your plugin serial numbers tab

    Yeah, that's what I thought, but as I said it's not listed there. I put in a support ticket asking about it and they seem to have completely misunderstood and then they manually added aniMate2 to my account (which was already in my account and already purchased by me). Now it's listed twice under My Product Library lol - but still no serial number for it listed in My Serial Numbers (the same page that is the link you provided). It's now been a week and a half since I put in the support ticket and they still haven't addressed the issue so that's why I'm reaching out to the community hoping that there was something I was just not understanding about how to activate aniMate2. But I guess I was correct in that a serial number is needed - only it's not listed under my serial numbers. So I'm not sure what to do.

    yes you need to have the serial number to unlock animate2

     you can check your plugin folder & double check it to see if its been activated already somehow .

    check your plugin  go to Help, scroll down to installed plugins it will be green if its unlocked

    other wise i would submit another ticket and show them with a screen shot of your plugins and the missing serial number in your account

    The spot there in my version of Daz Studio has a space to enter a serial number (but again, no serial number for it is listed under My Serial Numbers on my account).

    I don't know if all that is normal or not. I really have no idea why the serial number isn't in my account listed under My Serial Numbers, but hopefully, I can get this worked out soon because it's really starting to bug me that I can't use a product that I purchased that I've been really looking forward to using for a long time.

    Yea I would submit a ticket and show them that you need that serial number and take a screen shot of your serial number page to see its missing. or better yet call the the business office

    just for the heck of it though. I have heard people been having issues with the daz3d.com site using firefox. I am not saying that will magically make your serial numbers appear. but you might try signing in with chrome and see what happens. . not that I would expect it to make any difference . but just something i read from others having issues with the daz site with firefox. worth a try though

    Yeah, I've already included a screengrab of My Serial Numbers page when I submitted the Support Ticket but they still misunderstood. I've tried to clarify to them again that I just don't have the Serial Number for the product listed under My Serial Numbers, but still no word back. I'll give it a couple more days and if I still haven't gotten any response I'll either write yet again in the still open ticket or start another ticket. I hate to have to do that but this is getting to be pretty frustrating.

    Thanks for the feedback and for confirming that a Serial Number is indeed need for the aniMate2 to be activated. :)

  • 3Diva, I think you animate2 is already activated, hence why the litte icon is green. Have you tried it yet to see if you can use it?
