For some reason I am constantly getting "“DAZStudio” would like to access files on a removable volume." This started happening since I ran the installer in Daz Central for Daz 4.15.

I went back to working with the previous version, since  4.15 was also repeatedly crashing and getting the access message all the time made working next to impossble. Unfortunately 4.12 now gives me the same issue. I am sure it's an easy fix, I just don't know how.

    Mac or Windows.... it sounds like a mac issue of permissions

    The Mac now has actual permissons to stop rampant theft of data by bad actors.  You can control what a program may access, and you will sometimes be surprised exactly what a program wants to see, especially keyclicks (hint, think long and hard about keyclicks, they can gather passwords).

    Head to System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy and click on the “Files and Folders” option to see any apps that have requested access. You can also grant access to your whole disk by clicking “Full Disk Access.”

    This is most positively a huge plus!
