Naturally Poses Questions

Lunchlady does it again with a beautiful set of poses.  Unfortunately, I don't see what hair is used in the promos, as shown below.  Anyone have any ideas/links?  Also, is this character the base V8.1, or a soon-to-be-released character?  If it's V8.1, I'm sold!  Maybe it's the hair, expressions, or just the new "shape," but she looks so realistic and proporsional.
