Glad you solved it, but for those wishing to make sure they've removed all driver components, then the following link provides a great utility for removing both amd and nvidia software drivers.

As I said in the linked thread, it seems likely that the Render Library issue was related to a path or file it was pointed to - it isn't generally a problem.
