Batch Process Photoshopping

Does anyone know if it's possible to batch this sequence of actions in Photoshop?

 

1. Select color layer

2. Set to new color - I have a list

3. Save as PNG

 

Basically, I need a separate PNG file of my object in beery color of my list. I just went through the tedious task of doing that process 22 times manually, grumbling about having to do it all again. Then, I thought "Wait, maybe that automation, batch thingio can do it?" i've never done it besfore.

One possible solution is to record these steps as an Action. Then select the action you created in the Batch window
