Does Santa's Helper Outfit for Genesis 8 Females Include the Skirt?

The skirt is shown in the pictures but not listed in the item list.  It is a cute skirt and I would think that it is included, but????  One should never assume anything.  Thank you.

    The readme includes: “Wardrobe:Skirts”

    But yes, it should have been listed in the product description.
