I get this when searching my library: Please use a larger device to veiw/manage your products. Thank you.

What does it mean and why does it come up?

Thanks.

If you are looking at the library on a mobile device like a phone, it means to use a computer since the screen can't handle the resolution.

  • Also if you are looking at that page with a downsized browser, it wants the full screen ;-)

Well, on the bright side, you don't need a recent Nvidia GPU.

It's probably an indication the system wants you to use a monitor at least this size:

...but be sure to bring a magnifying glass...cheeky

  • I get it on my tablet in portrait format, but not in landscape. Works regardless.

    Richard.

Same here. I don't need to see the images in all their glory when I am looking at my Product Library on my tablet, or even on my computer. Usually all I want to know is d"o I own this?" or "Do I own something close to it,?" Or very rarely, when I have issues with something, "Am I still within the 30 day refund window?" (I think I've only asked for a refund 3 times)

    Thanks, everyone.

Strange. I am using a 24 inch monitor. Never encountered that before.

    Not too important I guess.

Happy new year. 2 minutes to midnight here.
