Kicked out of Platinum Club

I saw the previous thread from November 1. It's been in the past week that I was kicked out of the Platinum Club after 17 years fo membership. I am not amused.

I deleted and updated my credit card info and it still crashes whenever I try to select a card for payment. WTH?

    I appreciate it Jack; I was doing my December shopping and didn't get to use either of my coupons because this happened.
