Orders Removed?

Anyone ever had an order removed? I was looking at the site today and noticed the Sterling's bundle was on sale and showing on the page, but I purchased that bundle last month. I thought it was a glitch, so I checked my personal database that I keep all my purchase information on Daz/Poser products on and I found the items and the order number/date.
So, I checked my order here and it shows the order, but now instead of completed, it says 'removed'. I was never reimbursed any money and I have confirmed the charges went though. I already have some of the items from that order on my computer in my Daz Library. After doing a quick look, I found two more orders a couple of days later that have also been removed. Again, the charges were completed and I have a record for them, so I'm thoroughly confused.
This also comes after a $45 charge for my PC+ membership when I canceled that PayPal subscription in 2019 because I'm already good through 11/2022 on it. I don't need another year. However, even after the charge, my membership end date did not change. I'm unable to explain why the subscription renewed because I talked to Daz about this last year and they explained that it was on subscription, so I made sure to cancel it in 2019 but since I did not cancel before that, I accepted the extra year to 2022 for my membership.
I know others have started to have funny things happen billing wise at Daz. Anyone else have these issues?

This is not something that can be solved on the forums. You need to file a ticket and explain things to Daz Customer service they can sort it out for you, the forums can't.
Are the products from these removed orders still in your product library in the store?
is supposed to stay in order history even if removed from store
The question was "Has anyone else had an order removed?"
So why not ask the question? They may have already submitted a ticket. But it certainly doesn't hurt to ask.
Why is there so much policing of these forums? It makes one hesitant to even ask a question.

All of mine from before the most recent store changeover (prior to the mile long order numbers) all say "Unknown" with the post-changeover orders saying "Completed". This hasn't interferred with any of my items that I'm aware of.
I never noticed orders being removed, but I did experience that products I already bought were not listed as owned in the store page, resulting in me buying some stuff twice. I wrote to support about it and they said to just send them the information and they will take care of it, but I never found the time to check and compare all orders...
CS wouldn't mess with your account without sending you an email that they did so. You need to check your emails & your email junk folders, promotional folder, & social folder.
Me too - I've only spotted two of these so far and support added the items manually to my Product Library, but with over 2,300 orders and 214 pages of Product Library the task of checking everything is beyond my time and patience.
All my stuff is still there... even the ancient-as-all-hell Vicky 2 stuff that I bought like 20 years ago.
Wow 20 years! My confidence level is increased another level. Though I not backed up library stuff or not downloaded all products OR I am using Daz Library as my another cloud drive. Although I am aware that I might lose few products due to product removed* from Daz library.
*those products which are officialy removed.
I had twenty-one orders removed last month for the first time in seven years shopping here. Since the new store repeatedly refused to process my usual card, I had to use a different one. Well, the new store processed my orders using the different card but evidently did not attempt to withdraw the money from that account for weeks. As a result, over $1,000 worth of orders were removed, and the purchased products were deleted from my product library. Weeks after the purchases, I received an email notifying me of this along with the offer to repurchase those orders honoring their discounts.
Unfortunately, the new store had locked me out of my account for over a week, and I could not purchase the gift cards that sales support told me to get in order for them to complete these orders. (And which card should I use, since they reject cards with money on them and accept cards with no money on them?) Anyway, I finally got Emma, a star, who fixed my account after wrangling with it for an hour, and I was able to get the removed orders repurchased. However, once an order has been marked "Removed," they cannot change it to "Completed" because that option was left out of the software.
But my wishlist is almost empty; so, I should be done dealing with this by the end of the month.
I have noticed everything but the last few orders says unknown instead of complete, not seen removed though
some have payment method Checkmo? I use paypal
How can I find out if I have "removed" products? Where can I check this?
@mr_clam This is about removed ORDERS. When signed in, you can check for them at https://www.daz3d.com/sales/order/history in the Order Status column.
