How do you know what you bought from Daz? How do you know what is DazConnect only?

I have bought a lot of products from Daz and from a couple of other places on the internet that I've managed to install through DAZ Install Manager.

Until these recent "Store troubles", I always presumed that DAZ Install Manager was accurately showing me the status of any product purchased at DAZ. I trusted that everything was either Hidden (by me), Ready to Download, Ready to install, or Installed. But during "Store Troubles", I experienced at least one product that I knew I purchased but was not in any of those four buckets. A couple of days after filing a ticket, DAZ Install Manager found the product on the Ready to Download tab.

So, my question is not really about the "Store Troubles", which I just expect are going to continue. It's about how can I audit my purchases or detect if there are any other products that are missing from one of these four states. Currently, I'm still relying on the Account.ProductLibrary list at daz3d.com to be complete.

Are there any tools/scripts that helps with these questions?

First, there are no DAZ Connect-only products. Even when that started with some exclusive content, they were unlocked a year later, and was never used again.

There have been problems getting the proper status of the products listed in DIM, but it seems to be intermittent, however well-known. Personally, I cross-check each Order with the downloads after completing them to ensure that I did, in fact, receive everything. The Product Library also has problems for some users, also well-known. It's complicated...

The Product Library isn't necessarily complete, I and several others had orders purchased right before the update which were missing from the library for many days and might possibly still be missing if we hadn't complained about it.  

The only reasonably reliable thing would be comparing the current product library against a database which had registered all purchases since the account was created.  Either a database in DAZ' possession or one created and maintained by the user and which has been updated with every purchase as well as with product returns.  It's easy to write scripts for checking all these things but without having the complete purchase history you can't know anything for sure.

I know that some items I've purchased have never showed up in DIM. But I don't know how many. I'd have to do an audit against my orders. And, after having bought from this site for over 20 years, that's not a job I particularly want to start **sigh**.

If you still have the data (history files) from the Product Manager from before the store update I'm planning on making a comparison script so at least it will be possible to tell if anything has disappeared during the transition.

I use the smart content pane, all not showned there is non Daz...

using separate runtime folders for other 3D stores helps a lot.

I do this also. One for Daz, one for 3rd Party (anyone else), one for my own creations.
