can`t buy anything

I can`t buy anything means I can`t check out or better I can`t place orer. I use the billing adress that worked in the past but now I am allways told that I have to choose a billing adress when trying to place order. My saved adress worked in the past so, where is the problem?
UPDATE: was able to check out (after xxx tries) :)
