DAZ 4.12 Iray preview window keeps refreshing SOLVED!

hello guys this is a quick note to anyone who has the problem with the iray preview window keep refreshing when you're not editting anything in the latest version of DAZ 4.12!
Just right click on the Surfaces tab and disable Automaticly refresh images.
Done.
