Is it possible to change the translation tools color?

Hi,

I have now a white dress and I have really problems, when I wanna fix pokethroughs, the white corners are soo hard to see.

I found now (right NOW!) the option, to change it to cartoon:

That helps, but is it possible to change the colors?
